  • At Silverton Soapbox, we value transparency and your satisfaction. Please review our policy regarding subscription cancellations and failed payments:

    Cancellation Policy

    You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. The following conditions apply:

    • If Payment Has Been Processed but Your Box Has Not Yet Shipped:
      You are eligible for an immediate cancellation. A full refund will be issued, and your box will not be shipped.

    • If Your Box Has Already Been Shipped:
      Your cancellation will take effect starting the following month. No refunds will be issued for the current month once the box has shipped.

    Failed Payment Policy

    Subscription boxes will not be shipped until a successful payment has been received.

    • In the event of a failed payment, you will have a seven (7) day grace period to update your payment information and complete the transaction.

    • We will send a notification via email regarding the failed payment.

    • If payment is not successfully processed within 7 days, your subscription will be automatically cancelled and no box will be shipped for that month.

    We recommend ensuring your payment method is current to avoid interruptions to your subscription.

  • We ship subscriptions by the 10th of each month.

    Any orders that receive late payment will be shipped by the 15th of each month.
